Took my mom there while visiting her in Mobile. Great home-cooked meal love the old house interior. Will definitely eat there again when I visit mom

The Sugar Kettle is a favorite of my husband, my brother, my sister-in-law and me. The meals have a homemade taste, especially the vegetables. We mostly eat there on Wednesday when they specialize in poppy seed chicken, although we've eaten there for breakfast. I would recommend The Sugar Kettle for anyone who wants a quick delicious meal.

Small place, but great food. Would highly recommend the chicken and waffles. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Great atmosphere.

We arrived at 10:30 which was too early for lunch so we had to do brunch. Lunch starts at 11:00. I had the chicken and waffles which were a first for me. Great choice!

Food was good, but served luke warm. You could tell it had sat under a heat lamp for several hours.

My husband and I have been going to Sugar Kettle forever. Never having anything but the best of service and the most delicious food. My husband decided to take all of the technicians at our shop (Advanced Transmission) today to eat at this famous place we come back to work bragging about all the time. ALL of the guys have not stopped talking about how good everything was. One of the guys almost started crying talking about how good the pork chops were and he hasn't had them like that since his mom died. And one of the other guys has decided his Birthday Cake will be the Key Lime Cake from now on. ADVANCED TRANSMISSION is unanimous; ***Sugar Kettle is the BEST***
