Sunday mornings I'll usually swing by and grab a coffee and avocado toast. It's a little expensive but it's so delicious that I'll bite the bullet. Problem today was when my toast arrived it was literally half the size as normal. I asked if this was the new normal and she said "oh, we ran out of the normal bread but its still a similar size" without offering another piece to make up for the difference. Not the biggest deal in the world but was pretty annoying, 8 dollars for a super small piece of avocado toast is pretty ridiculous. lol

Cute little coffee ship in 5 points - the best part is the patio area with its quaint tables and string lights, creating a space that both feels in the very middle of the city while also giving a space for all who visit a chance to take a break. Coffee is not my strong suit to review as I can't really differentiate between good and great coffee however I thoroughly enjoyed my caramel spice latte and speciality Japanese pancakes (not normally on the menu but part of a special collab for one Sunday brunch). The staff is kind and friendly. Will definitely be back!

If you like smooth espresso, stop here! I always order an iced Americano anywhere I go, so the taste of the espresso is key. I loved my iced Americano here! Also, this place is onto something with their ice cubes.. seriously. Those cubes last MUCH longer than regular iced cubes which is super important for an iced espresso drink. Would go back!

i LOVE panache. I always order a honey oatmilk latte and avocado toast & it NEVER disappoints! very generous portions & the baristas are always friendly too!

I had the Chia Latte and it was very good!! Serivce was alittle cold, not friendly. But there is a nice walk way with seating outside with light that is really cute!

My favorite coffee shop! I go here so often to work and both the employees are super nice. Coffee is quick and delicious. My favorite thing about Panache is the atmosphere - sitting out in their outdoor seating alley feels like being in a little Vienna in Birmingham :) Check it out!

Their espresso-based drinks are wonderful! Rich and soft, readily became my favorite in town. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, quiet enough to study even though not lots of space.

Passing through yesterday and googled the closest coffee shop to where I was staying. This place popped up. I almost missed it because it's located down an alley. I'm glad I didn't because it was great. Coffee, excellent. Service, excellent. Atmosphere, excellent. Pastries looked great and barista was making waffles from scratch as well so something for everyone.

Purchased some of your single origin Dominican. This stuff is horrible, it’s burnt. Beans are very oily there is no hint of Chocolate Covered Cherries, it’s not round, and it’s definitely not exotic.

I had some of this coffee a while back and it was and 8/10... this stuff is horrible and only good to put on the flowers.

This is, hands down, my favorite coffee spot in Birmingham. Quality+atmosphere. Just amazing.
