Great coffee!
This is not your typical coffee shop. They specialize in coffee from exotic locations. They have a good selection of hard to find coffees. Their pastries are excellent.
The people who work here are very friendly. Stop by for a cup of coffee!

Try their nitro. It is the best in Birmingham!

Nice independent coffee shop. I drove past this place for a few months before I went in. Glad I did. We go at least once a week now. My husband loves the Turkish coffee and I am trying the different lattes. Honey Habenero and Orange Apel are my favorites so far. Love that they serve desserts from local businesses. Nice people and nice space.

Great local coffee shop. They roast coffee beans in house. Super comfy and cozy inside if you want to hang out to work, study, or just relax with friends. The prices are comparable to Starbucks prices. They also offer baked goods and some other small food items from local restaurants and bakeries.

I had no idea this place was here and I have lived here for 8 years. It is a great coffee shop with real coffee! You have to try
this place. It is right next door to 5 guys burgers in Hoover.

Coffee was good. Service was so terrible. Bad enough you tip before you receive service but when the service sucks, makes you want your $2.00 back. The barista on 1/2/22 at 3:50 was rude & generally terrible.

We LOVE Baba Java. Family friendly atmosphere, great staff and good coffee. My family meets every Saturday for coffee, and my sister had her wedding reception in this space.

The best roaster in the central AL area in my opinion. Great variety, great quality, and reasonable prices. Plus their drinks are great too!

Lovely little coffee shop with friendly staff, clean atmosphere, fair prices, and a great product. I'd recommend a Cortado or their Turkish coffee, which is a unique experience you won't find at many other places!

I’m a coffee nut, recently had to move on from being a barista, and now I’m visiting home from Seattle.
It’s legit. They also have Turkish coffee which is super rare in the South :)
Teas are from Piper and Leaf and Chai is from Sachai, very well known and delicious tea makers! Just go.

Iced Camel Latte 🐪. Ran by Baba Java today, I've been here before...but today blew my mind. I didn't have a sip of my coffee until I sat in my car. I got out of my vehicle and went back inside, to tell them how fantastically amazing my drink was. You should go here and drink coffee or tea because it is excellent! The shop is open and nice. Very clean, quite environment for your experience.
