Beignet’s always taste great! I understand everything is made fresh and the wait time may be a little more on busier weekends BUT when i call in an order at 9:25 and don’t get my order until 10:07 that seems extensive. Had to go in there at 9:40 to check on the order and they hadn’t started on it..to which the response was “i told you we would text when it’s ready!” And then had to request for it to be started as we had a 1 year old we are walking around with. The whole point of a call in order is to get started on it like we are there. Other than that, the food is great! Just wish there was better efficiency!

The best Beignets I've ever had outside of New Orleans...we came in right before closing and the girl was so nice and she whipped up a fresh batch for us. Well definitely be coming back the next time I'm in Auburn. Thank you Mo'Bay. Yall have to try em out. You won't be disappointed

Phenomenal customer service. Walked in 10 minutes before closing and still served us without mentioning they were closing soon.

My husband and I had a great first experience! It's pet-friendly, the beignets are so good, and the staff was sweet as can be. They went out of their way to make me a decaf coffee and even insisted on bringing it out to me when it was ready. This place is just what Auburn has been missing!

This place has some of the BEST beignets!! I got mine with the cinnamon sauce and it just made what was already amazing even better. The staff was also very nice and friendly. Highly recommended and will be back!!

They took 30 minutes for the order to come out. 20 minutes in when I asked the server when our order is coming out, she said I was the next one, once the beignets are ready. However, I saw 15 other beignets get served, and when I asked, she said I will be served after them.
They aren’t rude but they very sweetly lie to you saying it’s your next order. I will never recommend going to this place if you are hungry.

Got a dozen beignets to go last weekend. Best I have ever tasted. Dipping sauces take this unique dessert item to a whole new level! This will be THE dessert place in downtown Auburn for years to come! The whole experience felt very much like going to the SaniFreeze, aka The Flush, back in the day. So glad to have this place here!

Got a single order of beignets and it took 30 minutes with the shop only half-full. Wouldn't have minded waiting so long but 90% of the staff + the owner was maskless the entire time. Beignets taste decent. Have to pay extra for individual dipping sauces, but they are sprinkled with powdered sugar (and maybe a little COVID spit depending on the day) for free. Don't go here if you're in a hurry or unvaccinated.
