The shop itself is awesome. Tons of history and pictures about Anniston during the civil rights era. Very interesting even to a local. I'm not a big coffee person so suffice it to say that the coffee was good to me. Pastries are supplied by Artisinal Baked Goods (at least as good if not better than any of the bakeries in Birmingham).
Place is temporarily closed, but per the owner will be back open with other amenities added. I was given a tour of the building and found the history documented on the walls to be awesome. Keep your eyes open for this place to return.

Service was great, and the Praline mocha was delicious! It's great to have a local coffee spot in Anniston that spotlights the history!
